About The Position

Crash Champions is a rapidly growing collision repair service provider in the U.S., operating over 650 locations nationwide. The company also manages the Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified brand for highline and luxury EV repairs. Founded in 1999, Crash Champions emphasizes a 'People First' approach. The Centralized Estimatics Reviewer will partner with on-site Repair Planners and Customer Experience Representatives to support Repair Orders (ROs). This role focuses on specific insurance carriers, ensuring quality reviews and estimates that adhere to partner compliance standards. The position requires technical expertise in collision repair estimatics, clear communication of repair processes, and serving as a subject matter expert for assigned insurance carriers.

Requirements

Advanced Knowledge of collision repair process including high-level knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements for a variety of carriers
3 or more years of prior experience working in the collision repair industry
Previous experience working in CCC ONE Total Repair Platform

Responsibilities

Conduct Virtual Estimates & Supplement Audits: Review estimate accuracy by referencing claim facts of loss, photo documentation, and advisor reports for compliance.
Partner with Location: Communicate directly with Location Personnel to guide file accuracy prior to uploading to carriers. Answer questions when technical repair or carrier expertise is required.
Ensure Direct Repair Compliance: Understand DRP guidelines regarding all aspects of the repair and conduct carrier-specific audits.
Review RO for Carrier Compliance and Quality Repair Opportunities: Review each estimate submission for carrier and corporate compliance.
