About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our US Health team, part of our people and investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Chicago. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Central Zone Practice Leader is one of four Zone Practice Leaders in the US. You will have direct responsibility for driving financial performance, developing clients and top talent. You will be part of a collaborative national team executing our "One Firm" strategy bridging our business lines and geographies. This is a Partner level opportunity with the global leader in health and benefits consulting.

Requirements

BA/BS degree
Proven leadership and consulting experience in Health & Benefits
Proven success managing, including management of people and costs, driving sales and revenue growth
A proven, inclusive leader able to build diverse teams

Nice To Haves

Proven experience as a confident leader with exceptional communication skills who can bring out creativity and provoke innovative thought in others
Demonstrated understanding of the US Health Central zone and the levers to build strong networks and branding
Curious nature with a proven history of providing an innovative approach to business needs

Responsibilities

Guide and direct the Office Practice Leaders (OPL) in the Central US zone
Use your business leadership experience to guide a powerhouse team of consultants and the financial operations of the market
Partner with market geography leadership, sales and other Practices to expand business relationships
Contribute to the overall growth of our business
Collaborate across our one enterprise
Identify, design, recommend, and implement efficient, innovative business solutions for client's complex challenges
