About The Position

The Central Supply plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and staffing functions within the skilled nursing facility. This position is responsible for coordinating the procurement, distribution, and inventory management of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring that all departments are adequately stocked to provide uninterrupted patient care. The role requires close collaboration with clinical teams to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clinical staff, vendors, and management.
Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care environment
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements related to supply and staffing.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and their integration with supply and staffing workflows.
