Generations at Regency in Niles, Illinois, has an Immediate Opening for a Central Supply Coordinator. This is a Full Time Position with an 8 Hour Shift. Pay rate is $17.00 per hour, plus Full Benefit Package. Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Organizational and planning skills
- Inventory and supply ordering experience helpful
- Knowledge of JCHO, OBRA, IDPH and HFS standards with regard to medical supplies a big plus
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility desirable
- Must have compassion, understanding and tolerance for older adults
Responsibilities
- Order all nursing supplies, maintain sufficient stock at all times
- Monitor budget for supplies
- Accept deliveries of all nursing supplies, verify accuracy of orders
- Deliver supplies to nursing stations, check supplies on floor
- Call transportation companies to arrange transportation of residents to and from appointments and activities
- Keep accurate records of transportation reservations
