Requirements
- Must always remain professional
- Must communicate effectively with management, coworkers and/or other hospital staff, visitors, and vendors at all times
Responsibilities
- Processing supply stock requests
- Conducting medical supply inventories
- Stocking of medical carts
- Stocking department shelf locations with a focus on accuracy, integrity and sterility of supplies
- Maintaining orderly distribution room
- Processing issue and credits via IMMS
- Processing patient charges in Cerner
- Restocking and verifying counts in Pyxis
- Delivering and maintaining hospital equipment
- Utilizing proper ergonomic and lifting techniques in performance of duties
