About The Position

Staff will be responsible for decontamination, cleaning, processing and sterilization of supplies and equipment dispensed by the department following established infection control practices. Must be conscientious with regard to procedures and capable of working under pressure and interacting professionally with other departments within the hospital. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of six months of healthcare related experience.

Nice To Haves

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Medical terminology course preferred.
• Certification as a Central Service Technician preferred.
