About The Position
The primary purpose of this position is the scheduling of testing and other procedures within the Regional Hospital of Scranton and Moses Taylor Campus along with Advanced Imaging Specialists. This role involves communicating with patients, physician offices, and departments, and pre-registering patients scheduled for upcoming tests and procedures.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of medical terminology, required
- Keyboard proficiency
- Minimum one (1) year experience in medical field
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with patient scheduling process and use of personal computer, preferred
