About The Position

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience as approved by Human Resource Services

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Central Property department operations, including compliance with State, University, and departmental policies, maintaining records of surplus property transactions, capital asset tagging and recording in coordination with Sponsored Projects Accounting, and departmental expenditures via AggieMart and PCard.
  • Provide documentation for auction proceed dispersals.
  • Manage University vehicle intake, registration, and disposal processes.
  • Supervise full-time staff including Inventory Control Clerk(s) and Mover(s).
