About The Position
Join the team at ARIA as a Central Plant Maintenance Engineer, where you’ll play a critical role in keeping the property’s core systems running at peak performance. In this role, you’ll support the operation and maintenance of essential plant equipment, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and safety across the resort. Working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, you’ll help power the behind-the-scenes operations that keep everything running seamlessly, from guest spaces to back-of-house systems. Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of diagnostic tools, including Amp Meters, Voltmeters, OHM Meters, Compound Gauges and Pressure Gauges
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacture maintenance guidelines
Nice To Haves
- Central Plant equipment experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair central plant systems, including chillers, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, compressors, refrigeration systems, and generators
- Maintain and repair equipment powered by steam, electricity, gas, air, diesel, water, and other energy sources related to mechanical operations
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on central plant equipment and supporting systems
