This position is primarily responsible for ensuring that earpiece orders, invoicing, and shipping containers for completed earpieces are processed efficiently and accurately. The role involves managing incoming mail orders, identifying incomplete orders, inspecting impressions for accuracy, researching remake orders, and accurately entering and correcting order information in the Firefly data entry system. The clerk will also communicate order information verbally, perform final accuracy inspections on order forms, verify customer shipping and billing information, and operate the FedEx shipping computer system. Additionally, the role includes preparing, packaging, labeling, and logging customer orders for shipping, maintaining a filing system for completed orders, and potentially working evening hours and overtime based on production volumes.
