This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced facilities or maintenance professional to lead maintenance operations, oversee skilled trades work, and contribute to an organization focused on public service and youth rehabilitation.

Requirements

Extensive experience supervising maintenance or facilities teams
Knowledgeable in building systems, preventative maintenance, and facility operations
Skilled in troubleshooting and coordinating multiple priorities
Experienced in working with vendors, contractors, and compliance standards
Committed to professionalism, safety, and customer service
Able to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships

Nice To Haves

Experience in institutional, government, educational, correctional, or large-scale facility maintenance
Knowledge of state procurement, safety, or regulatory requirements
Experience managing maintenance budgets and work order systems
Relevant certifications or licensure in maintenance trades or facility management
Journeyman Trade License or above preferred
