About The Position

Central Kitchen Dishwashers clean production areas of the Central Kitchen, which includes washing dishes. They perform basic food preparation, packaging and labeling of Kitchen items.

Requirements

Must be able to work in a busy bakery environment
Ability to work independently and be accountable to the commissary team
Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Basic math skills for measurement and packaging functions
Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills
Must be able to meet physical requirements including standing, twisting, bending, repetitive motion and lifting 10-60lbs on a regular basis
A current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is required
Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Washing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and various other food preparation equipment used in the Central Kitchen
Cleaning the bakery production areas and service areas
Taking out the trash, sweeping, mopping, and wiping down equipment
Basic food preparation, packaging, and labeling items when needed
Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
