About The Position

Technica is seeking to hire a Supervisor of the CIF department at Fort Riley. This position involves overall management and supervisory responsibility for the operation of the Central Issue Facility (CIF) as well as Technica employees in other departments on base. The role performs as supervisor for all aspects of technical supply management work, including inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization related to a depot level, or installation level supply activity. Work usually covers Table of Allowances 50 (TA-50) (Army-issued individual equipment) and requires the ability to deal in many commodity or functional areas in a planned customer support and priority-based manner. The work generally involves resolving multiple case problems or supply actions in a timely manner, potentially requiring consideration of several program requirements and variations from standardized guidelines based on mission completion goals and objectives. The supervisor will oversee daily supply operations and lead others in tasks including the receipt, issuing, storing, and maintaining of all TA-50 at the Central Issue Facility (CIF).
