About The Position

The Central Fill Pharmacy Inventory Supervisor is responsible for ensuring accuracy, safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met daily within the Central Fill facility. This role involves coordinating and coaching pharmacy technicians to maximize daily production, identifying and providing training opportunities, and resolving basic hardware issues. The supervisor will also perform administrative duties such as interpreting production reports, creating schedules, and corresponding with stores and suppliers. Additionally, they will provide technical support to the Central Fill facility and supporting stores, ensuring HIPAA compliance and security.

Requirements

• Must possess National or Kroger technician certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Proven problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to trouble shoot and correct PC hardware issues.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience or greater.
• Knowledge of Pharmacy systems.
• National Technician certification.
• Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining inventory control.
• Perform administrative duties including interpreting production reports, creating schedules and correspondence to stores and suppliers.
• Provide technical support to all areas of the Central Fill facility as well as supporting stores.
• Communicate and ensure HIPPA compliance and security.
