About The Position

The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working with the Store Manager, this role trains, guides, and empowers team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The position oversees center store activities, inventory, daily bookwork, compliance, safety processes, and guest concerns, and may lead the store when other leaders are unavailable.

Responsibilities

Lead with accountability and empowerment, influencing operational activities within the center of the store.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Under the Store Manager’s supervision, oversee center store activities and ensure daily task lists are completed.
Ensure daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
Ensure service and maintenance tickets are entered promptly.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Serve on the store leadership team and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance, manage invoices to maintain financial integrity, and perform regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability.
