About The Position

The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working with and under the supervision of the Store Manager, this role trains, coaches, and empowers team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The manager oversees center-store activities, inventory, daily bookwork, compliance audits, invoices, and vendor check-ins to support financial integrity, product availability, and strong vendor partnerships. The role is part of the store leadership team and may lead the store when other leaders are unavailable.

Responsibilities

Lead and influence operational activities within the center of the store with accountability and empowerment.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Oversee center-store activities under the supervision of the Store Manager.
Ensure daily task lists are completed.
Ensure daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and conduct audits to ensure compliance.
Manage invoices to maintain financial integrity.
Conduct regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Step in to lead as part of the store leadership team when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
