About The Position

This center store clerk opening is for our Lake St. Louis, MO location. Candidates MUST be available between 2pm-10pm and weekends to be considered. This role is offering 20-25 hours per week. You could expect the position of center store clerk to include the following duties: Provide friendly and courteous service to customers. Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job. Stock, straighten and rotate product on shelves in Dairy, Frozen, Non-Foods., and Grocery Departments. Process incoming product from our warehouse and direct store delivery vendors. Read and understand shelf tags. Sort damaged product for credit. Operate a hand jack, power lift and cardboard baler. Follow company safety guidelines when using cutters, power lifts, and baler. Maintain cleanliness of shelves, displays, backroom, refrigerated cases, cooler and freezer. Maintain company productivity standards. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management.

Requirements

• 18 yrs+ to apply
• Available between 2pm-10pm
• Available weekends
• Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred (for internal candidates)
• Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred (for Store Support Center Teammates)
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline)
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance
