About The Position

Clerks make sure customers have a great experience by keeping products available, greeting customers and offering timely, friendly, and caring service. Clerks also make sure the department is clean, well-stocked, and looks good. They ensure our products and practices follow all safety rules. Additionally, they help out in other parts of the store.

Requirements

Able to meet customer needs by providing excellent, welcoming, and timely service.
Able to be flexible to support the changing needs of our team and store.
Able to effectively communicate with customers and team members; uses active listening, patience, and clear communication to ensure a respectful and professional experience.
Able to take responsibility for creating great customer and team experiences.
Able to show up each day in a timely manner ready to work; shows strong follow-through.
Able to contribute to a welcoming environment for customers and team members; respects people from a variety of backgrounds and abilities.
Basic math skills; ability to timely and correctly perform addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Nice To Haves

Direct experience working with grocery products.
Experience in fast paced retail setting.
Communicates in more than one language.
