About The Position

This position involves providing friendly and courteous service to customers, stocking and rotating products in various departments, processing incoming product, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The role requires regular, reliable attendance and adherence to company guidelines. Training will be provided at the store level.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to apply
• Regular, reliable attendance
• Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred for Store/Facility Teammates
• Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred for Store Support Center Teammates
• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline)
• Manager approval based on performance if invited for an interview

Nice To Haves

• Internal Candidates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.
• Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Stock, straighten and rotate product on shelves in Dairy, Frozen, Non-Foods., and Grocery Departments
• Process incoming product from our warehouse and direct store delivery vendors
• Read and understand shelf tags
• Sort damaged product for credit
• Operate a hand jack, power lift and cardboard baler
• Follow company safety guidelines when using cutters, power lifts, and baler
• Maintain cleanliness of shelves, displays, backroom, refrigerated cases, cooler and freezer
• Maintain company productivity standards
• Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of store management
