The Center of Excellence (COE) Coordinator plays a critical role in optimizing the patient development lifecycle by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across key operational processes. This position is responsible for the strategic coordination of medical records, the timely facilitation of impairment ratings, and the proactive management of communication among internal and external stakeholders. The COE Coordinator serves as a central point of contact, collaborating closely with Authorized Representatives (ARs), Independent Review (IR) Physicians, and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless service delivery, regulatory adherence, and patient advocacy. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
