About The Position

European Wax Center is the nation's leading provider of out-of-home waxing services, with over 1,000 locations across the U.S. We train experts who take pride in delivering a high standard of care—so every visit is consistent, and every guest leaves feeling confident. As the Spa Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the center while coaching and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve sales goals. This is a full-time, in-center leadership position.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience (retail and/or beauty preferred, but not required)
• Flexible availability is required to support business needs
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and guest management software
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to professionally resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment
• Ability to stand for extended periods, Lift/move up to 25 lbs, and reach items stored at various heights.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Train and support Associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences while building confidence in package sales and retail products.
• Drive sales through coaching, goal setting, performance management and leading by example.
• Foster a positive, safe, and accountable workplace culture that recognizes success and supports ongoing development.
• Monitor center performance, staffing, productivity, and profitability
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.
• Execute promotions, maintain visual merchandising and center cleanliness
• Adapt to changing business needs and new initiatives
