About The Position

Saco Bay PT is seeking an Outpatient Center Manager, who is either a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT), to lead their Portland, ME clinic. This role offers the opportunity to run your own clinic, build your own team, and provide exceptional patient care experiences in an outpatient orthopedic setting. The Center Manager will oversee the therapy team, providing preventative and rehabilitation services to maximize patient functionality and well-being.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
• CPR Certification

• Occupational Therapist (OT) qualification

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
