About The Position

AlphaGraphics North Austin, the flagship center of a growing, multi-location Gold Circle AlphaGraphics organization, is hiring a Center Manager to lead installation, production, and inside sales operations. We are a large-format print and environmental graphics operation focused on vinyl applications such as wall wraps, window graphics, interior branding, event graphics and vehicle graphics. This role is designed for a highly experienced installer who has begun leading teams and is ready to take full ownership of operations, quality, and performance. This is a critical leadership role responsible for improving installation quality, reducing rework, and building a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in diverse and sometimes complex types of vinyl and environmental graphics installations required to effectively lead, plan, and troubleshoot work (wall wraps, window graphics, interior branding, event graphics, fleet/vehicle graphics)
  • Experience leading install crews, job sites, or small teams
  • Deep understanding of materials, surfaces, and installation techniques for various projects and install environments
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and prevent install failures
  • Working knowledge of large-format print and finishing workflows
  • 7–12 years of relevant installation experience with increasing responsibility
  • Has strong installation experience but has already stepped into managing people, workflow, and outcomes
  • Has moved beyond being the “best installer” into being the person responsible for getting all jobs done right (lead installer, crew-lead, supervisor)
  • Known for high-quality work and solving difficult installs
  • Ready to move from “doing the work” to leading the team and owning results
  • Takes pride in getting installs right the first time
  • Leads by example and earns respect from installers
  • Direct, accountable, mature, professional
  • Calm under pressure
  • Takes ownership — does not blame sales or production
  • Focused on improving systems, not just working harder
  • Installation experience is required for credibility and decision-making
  • Success in this role is defined by how well you run the operation—not how much you personally install
  • Responsible for training, coaching, and driving performance

  • Train and coach installers and production staff
