About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Center Manager for their Outpatient Rehabilitation clinic in Lewisville, TX. This is a full-time position. The compensation will depend on the candidate's years of experience and internal equity. The company strives to provide employees with a solid work-life balance. A new clinic is opening in the coming months in Castle Hills, located at the intersection of SH121 and FM-544. This is an acquisition and new addition to the BSW Rehab family. Candidates must be able to develop and maintain positive relationships with the community and referral sources. They should also exhibit leadership qualities such as determination, a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a hunger for personal and professional growth. The caseload is expected to consist primarily of orthopedic diagnoses, but there is potential to expand to vestibular and light neuro needs.

Requirements

Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required.

Supervisory experience preferred.
