About The Position

Think Zone is looking for a motivated, people-focused Center Manager to lead our Redwood City Learning Center. You'll have the opportunity to run the day-to-day operations of your own center, lead a team of tutors, build relationships with families, and help grow the local Think Zone community. If you're looking for a role where you can build experience across leadership, operations, customer experience, and business growth, this is an opportunity to grow those skills while making a direct impact. Think Zone is a growing network of Bay Area learning centers helping K–8 students build stronger math skills, confidence, and independent learning habits. We combine thoughtfully designed curriculum, technology-driven learning tools, and personalized in-person support to create an engaging learning experience for students and families. We're continuing to expand across the Bay Area, which means we're also creating new opportunities for our team members to grow with us.
