About The Position
Mathnasium is looking for an energetic leader who enjoys developing people, building relationships with families, and growing a successful learning center. This is a unique opportunity to combine education, leadership, customer service, and business development—all while making a meaningful impact on children every day. The role involves leading a team, supporting student success through assessments and personalized learning plans, building relationships with families, growing the business through lead response and enrollment, and managing daily operations. The approach is not about high-pressure sales but about listening, educating families, and helping them determine if Mathnasium is the right fit.
Requirements
- Comfortable with math through Algebra II
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
- Background check and math assessment required
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Customer service and sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Respond to new leads and conduct enrollment conferences
- Explain our program and confidently guide families through enrollment
- Achieve enrollment and retention goals
- Build partnerships within the local community
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, technology, and center operations
- Monitor performance metrics and help the center achieve its goals
