About The Position

Above & Beyond Therapy is excited to enter Colorado and is looking for local BCBAs to join their team in the Fairfax area. They are seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team, investing in the delivery of outstanding quality care by designing an environment where all employees can think big and have fun. The amazing back office team provides significant support, enabling BCBAs to focus on their work while spending less time on administrative tasks. ABT currently serves families with center, home, and school-based services across multiple states and offers full-time or part-time BCBA opportunities with sign-on and relocation bonuses available. They offer a yearly salary as high as $110,000, paid bi-weekly. Their highly qualified and personally dedicated BCBAs combine their extensive knowledge and experience with innovative treatment techniques to improve clients' social, behavioral, and adaptive skills. BCBAs deliver individually tailored treatment plans with compassion in homes, schools, and their state-of-the-art centers.

Requirements

  • Valid BCBA Certificate
  • Experience working with Children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
  • Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
  • Design treatment plans of care
  • Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
  • Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
  • Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
  • Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries
