About The Position

Treetop ABA is seeking an exceptional Center Director to lead their clinic in Greensboro, NC. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring high-quality ABA therapy services. The Center Director will play a key part in clinic growth, community engagement, and fostering a positive work environment. This is an on-site position within the clinic.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification and LBA required
• 3–5 years of leadership or BCBA Experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills
• Ability to balance operational goals with client-centered care
• Passion for leading teams and making a lasting impact

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of clinic staff
• Partner with clinical leadership to uphold quality ABA services
• Drive growth through community engagement and team development
• Ensure compliance with all operational, clinical, and ethical standards
• Foster a positive, supportive, and mission-driven clinic culture

Benefits

• Base Salary: $95K-105K
