About The Position

Apara Autism Centers is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Center Clinical Director. This role is a clinical leadership position responsible for guiding a team of behavior professionals and ensuring the highest standards of ABA care for clients. The position is located at the Sugar Land Center in Sugar Land, Texas.

Requirements

Active BCBA certification and state licensure in good standing
Proficiency in systems such as Central Reach and SharePoint
Strong decision-making, leadership, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to timely follow-ups and accurate documentation
A passion for supporting children and families affected by autism

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a clinical team including BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs
Monitor clinic performance and drive clinical excellence, staff morale, and productivity
Maintain billable hour targets and ensure 85% of authorized care is delivered
Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and appeals
Collaborate with intake and scheduling teams to manage caseloads and client onboarding
Oversee training, performance reviews, and staff development
Ensure compliance with insurance and billing requirements
Deliver direct clinical services and maintain an appropriate caseload
Identify staffing needs and assist with recruitment as necessary
Provide clinical support to families, school professionals, and community partners
