About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Center Director – BCBA for our ABA and outpatient pediatric clinic in Pinehurst, NC. This role offers the chance to lead a collaborative team while continuing to support children and families in meaningful ways. This is a full-time W2 position with a base salary range of $95,000–$105,000 annually. The total compensation opportunity is $95,000–$123,000 annually, including Director and BCBA bonus plans, with bonus opportunities up to $18,000 annually. The billable expectation is 35%, or roughly 14 billable hours per week. The clinic setting is ABA and outpatient pediatric.
