Requirements

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their shipping, packing, and printing needs in a professional and friendly manner
- Operate shipping and packaging equipment efficiently and accurately
- Process transactions promptly and accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain store appearance and organization to uphold company standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines
