Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to obtain a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential within 12 months of hire-with all training and costs fully covered by us.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability insurance.
  • Ability to complete a physical examination upon hire.
  • Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification through employer-provided training.
  • Must be able to pass an Intellicorp SSN Verification/Criminal History Search and Idaho Department of Health and Welfare Enhanced Background Check.
  • We also conduct pre-employment drug testing.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children ages birth to five is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the Lead Teacher to support engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that encourage creativity, exploration, and growth.
  • Creating a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom where every child feels valued, supported, and ready to learn.
  • Preparing hands-on learning materials and interactive centers that inspire curiosity and imagination.
  • Encouraging learning through play, storytelling, art, music, movement, and other enriching activities.
  • Supporting healthy habits by assisting with meals and promoting positive nutrition practices.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that helps children thrive.
  • Participating in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities to continue growing your skills.
