About The Position

The Center Administrator Assistant supports a Center Administrator in the planning and directing of professional and support personnel who provide outpatient care to patients in a clinical setting. You will report to the Center Administrator. The Center Administrator Assistant executes staffing plans, policies and procedures for the facility and works closely with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Decisions typically are related to schedule, plans, and daily operations. Performs escalated or more complex work of a similar nature, and has ability to influence a group of support and technical associates; coordinates and provides day-to-day oversight to associates. Ensures consistency in execution across team. Provides feedback on performance to Center Administration Management.

Requirements

  • Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Progressive experience in managed care contracting and / or provider relations
  • Excellent customer service, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Employees are expected to treat patients with compassion and protect their rights
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Able to effectively communicate with leadership and staff
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • 4+ years of Supervisory experience preferred
  • Associate's degree
  • Ability to work with the elderly population in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with the EMR System, Athena

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing administrative support functions such as typing, filing etc.
  • Create productivity and other reports for the Center Administrator
  • Participates in Marketing events.
  • Oversees completion of special projects and cascades to staff.
  • Complies with company policy and procedures.
  • Responsible for submitting time sheets for payroll and forms for HR.
  • Responsible for answering phones, maintaining logs, daily reporting and scheduling meetings.
  • Reviews center statistics and maintain goals.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the center.
  • Daily working of reports in Data hub for EDAPS and HEDIS, help manage employees, assisting and learning the Administrators role.
