Coordinates general operations of company personnel and equipment for designated District. Essential duties include the following: Champions the company’s H.S.E.&T program in all aspects of work performed to provide quality service in a safe and efficient manner. Ensures compliance with safety and environmental procedures and company and customer policies and standards in performing related assessments, and in making recommendations to upper management relating to maintaining and improving general operations and maintenance programs. Coordinates various aspects of operations which may include pre-job planning and preparation, mobilization, rig up, on site operations, rig down, on-site maintenance, safety, environmental assurance, de-mobilization, and post job inventories and maintenance. Monitors and evaluates employees and makes recommendations which may affect material terms and conditions of employment, including hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, compensation, disciplinary actions, or any other change of status. Attends corporate and regional safety meetings and may conduct onsite training for subordinates. Ensures that equipment on site is properly functioning and all applicable procedures and tests are conducted in compliance with company standards. Identifies specific topics to be addressed at District meetings. Answers questions raised by employees and takes follow-up action to resolve issues that arise during day-to-day operations and in situations involving safety-related issues or occurrences. Participates in customer meetings, audits and investigations and program evaluations and audits. Assists in achieving financial goals of the District. Supervises two or more employees in day-to-day operations. Performs any and all job duties as assigned by supervisory personnel including general labor, as necessary.
