About The Position

This position will assist the Cemetery Administration Team with greeting clients who walk in, answer the phones for those who call and assist both in answering questions and finding loved ones. The selected candidate will also be expected to learn cemetery processes and procedures which will allow them to further assist families and to work with the grounds team in using the Ground Penetrating Radar as necessary.

Requirements

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Previous Cemetery experience

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while assisting with phone calls
• Help clients with questions and assist with locating loved ones
• Learn cemetery processes and procedures
• Assist with grounds maintenance when necessary
• Other duties as assigned
