Cement Production Supervisor
About The Position
Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role leads daily cement production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality cement manufacturing. It involves monitoring and optimizing plant performance using data-driven decision-making, collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability, and supporting and coaching production staff to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. The position also ensures compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities
