About The Position

As a Cement Mason for RAM Construction Services, you will assist in the revitalization and construction of our surrounding areas. A Cement Mason will perform a variety of tasks that aid in both the completion and success of a project and assistance of team members. To perform this position sufficiently, the employee must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. The descriptions below are representative of, but not limited to, the duties and details of this position.

Requirements

Minimum education level of High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience is required.
The employee is required to have a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

A valid Chauffer’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

Performing duties such as waterproofing above and below grade including air/vapor barrier, joint sealants and caulking, traffic coatings, and hot applied systems.
Lifting objects or materials weighing 60+ pounds.
Assisting other skilled trade workers (caulking, waterproofing, etc.) in their performance.
Using hand tools and small power tools.
Performing other relevant duties as assigned.
Following instructions from superintendents, project managers and construction plans and blueprints.
Maintaining a clean, organized and hazard free work area.
Following all RAM health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.
