About The Position

Pinnergy is a diversified energy services company with a broad and comprehensive service offering to customers throughout Texas and Louisiana and is one of the largest independent oilfield service companies in its industry. Pinnergy has an immediate opening for a Ready-Mix Driver in its Midland, TX location. This position will be responsible for loading rock, sand, into Volumetric Cement Truck. Will refill chemicals. As an operator you will follow all dot guidelines and drive safely to the job sites and blending concrete on the fly.

Requirements

• Must always work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Must have valid CDL A Driver’s License with tanker preferred.
• Must be willing to work required 12-hour shifts.
• Must ensure that the mixer is cleaned out at the end of shift.
• Time off for reset of hours.

Nice To Haves

• Driving: 2 years (Preferred)
• 1 year experience with cement truck or Volumetric truck

Responsibilities

• Load, Drive and Operate Volumetric Cement Truck.
• Ensure proper pre-trip and post-trip are completed.
• Deliver cement to remote locations with written or verbal driving directions.
• Identify any issues with the truck/equipment and let management know.
• Work on location and assist as needed.
• Willing to work during weekdays and some weekends.
