About The Position

Music & Arts is seeking a skilled musician and dedicated educator to teach private music lessons and inspire students. The teacher creates an engaging, supportive, and safe learning environment for students of varying ages and skill levels. The role includes building relationships with students and parents through communication, goal-setting, and progress updates, and partnering with store teams to schedule lessons and encourage student retention. Store administrative work is handled by Music & Arts so instructors can focus on teaching.

The listed pay is $12.77 per hour for non-teaching work and $11–$30 per hour for teaching, depending on background and experience. Pay may vary by location and individual factors. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• Two years of music teaching experience.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctoral) in Music.
• Professional teaching memberships or certifications.
• Eight or more years of teaching experience, especially with multiple instruments.
