The Summer Intern will support activities related to new modality process development (CAR-T, gene therapy, etc.). CAR-T therapies, a groundbreaking form of immunotherapy that reprogram a patient's T-cells to target and destroy cancer cells, offer promising potential for treatment of cancer. In BTDS (Biotherapeutics Development and Supply) new modalities group at Spring House, PA, we work on process and formulation development towards clinical testing and commercialization of these therapeutics. In this position, the candidate will receive hands-on experience in many aspects of process development for these types of therapies. Projects may be tailored to the candidate's experience and interests.
