About The Position

The Cell Optimizee Shipping/Trainee will manage inventory, package items for shipment, and ensure accuracy through software systems while contributing to departmental efficiency.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Organized with attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
Ability to count accurately.

Responsibilities

Perform inventory-related tasks, including item selection and quantity management, as well as inventory replenishment.
Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring compliance with inventory standards and coordination with relevant departments.
Utilize various software systems to confirm the accuracy of packages before they are shipped to customers.
Conduct checks to verify item counts and apply appropriate labels.
Maintain an adequate supply of packing materials to support daily operations.
Comply with tool kit policies and keep the necessary tools in good condition.
Rotate through various responsibilities within the department as needed.
Troubleshoot issues related to inventory and confirmation software, collaborating with support groups for resolution.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
