About The Position

Watts is seeking a reliable and self-starting Cell Operator to join their operations team. This role is responsible for assembling and testing valves and/or valve components using assembly machinery or jigs and fixtures. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and is based in Franklin, NH. The shift hours are 6 am - 2:30 pm, with potential for overtime based on business needs.

Requirements

Manual dexterity
Detail-oriented
Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED
Ability to read and write English

Responsibilities

Follow prescribed A.T.I.’s (Assemble test instructions) to maintain excellent quality standards.
Test and/or package valves and components in individual boxes and into master cartons, marking them with the proper identification labels and instructional materials.
Complete recaps, production records, and quality control documents.
Perform continuous repetitive assembling of valves and/or sub parts.
Conduct routine housekeeping to ensure the work area operates within parameters that conform to environmental and safety standards.
Report any quality or safety concerns immediately.
Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Company management.
