About The Position

As a Cell Lead, you are the frontline leader, the driving force behind a high-performing team. You coach, mentor, train, and motivate employees, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence. While not a direct supervisor, you play a critical role in cultivating talent, fostering engagement, and maintaining high standards in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). You proactively identify and escalate both personnel and operational challenges to the Production Supervisor as needed while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach. With an unwavering commitment to lean principles and operational excellence, you facilitate daily team meetings, track key performance indicators, lead process improvements, and champion a positive work environment. You also step in where needed, whether troubleshooting issues, optimizing workflow, or filling in on the assembly line. As a leader by example, you ensure your team is engaged, trained, and equipped to succeed-driving results that meet both production goals and company objectives. Your role is not just about oversight- it’s about employing your team, ensuring seamless operations, and cultivating a culture of success.
