About The Position

Supervises the daily operations of a warehouse or manufacturing loading dock. Coordinate and inspect incoming shipments, manage inventory flow, and lead a team of receivers to ensure goods are accurately processed, safely stored, and distributed to production lines.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
2-3 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or shipping and receiving.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (such as SAP), and barcode scanners.
Ability to stand and walk throughout a full shift, and regularly lift/move heavy objects (typically up to 50 lbs).
Strong organizational skills.
Sharp attention to detail to catch discrepancies.
Effective communication skills to resolve conflicts with vendors or staff.
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or business/logistics courses are often preferred for leadership.
Prior supervisory or team lead experience is strongly preferred for delegating daily tasks and training staff.
