Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with lithium-ion battery chemistry and fabrication processes.
- Hands-on laboratory or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in cell assembly, testing, and performance characterization.
- Conduct materials analysis, including electrode and electrolyte evaluation.
- Optimize manufacturing processes and troubleshoot cell performance issues.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Document experimental results and contribute to technical reports.
