This role is responsible for establishing and growing market presence in a region through marketing and business development. The CEI Regional Manager will lead efforts to create and join teams for transportation, construction engineering, and inspection contracts. This position involves coordinating with clients, establishing resource and staffing needs, interviewing and hiring staff, and directing, scheduling, and supervising inspection staff. The manager will also perform performance reviews, serve as a technical expertise resource, and manage financial budgets for contracts, tasks, and the region. Other related duties may be assigned.
