About The Position

WSP is seeking an experienced CEI Project Administrator/ Project Engineer to join our Construction Management team in Orlando, FL. Be involved in projects with our Construction Management Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client’s objectives and solves their challenges.

Requirements

Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbally and in writing)
High school diploma or equivalent
For personnel without Engineering, Engineering Technology or Construction Management degrees: Eight (8) years of CEI experience in roadway or bridge construction.

Nice To Haves

Professional Engineer registered in the State of Florida or ability to obtain licensure with 6 months
For personnel with Engineering, Engineering Technology or Construction Management degrees: Two (2) years of CEI or engineering experience in relevant transportation projects.
A master's degree may be substituted for one (1) year of CEI or engineering experience.

CTQP Final Estimates Level II
CTQP Quality Control Manager (attend and pass the examination)

Responsibilities

Receiving general instructions regarding assignments and exercising initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems.
Directing and assigning specific tasks to administrative and field staff and assisting in all phases of the construction project.
Progress estimates and final estimates throughout the construction project duration.
Oversight of field staff on CEI projects
Assist in materials sampling and testing tracking in MAC
Daily work reports review/approval in PRC
Assisting in generating monthly pay estimate
Assisting in shop drawing and plans reviews
Assisting in pursuit of projects
Coordinate and hold project progress meetings
