About The Position

AECOM is seeking an Inspector V to be based in San Antonio, Fort Worth, or Austin, TX. This candidate will be the key point of contact for CEI project engagements and a member of AECOM's senior leadership team, leading audit strategy. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: serving as a technical expert in field inspections and audits, being recognized as the 'go-to' expert internally and externally, providing guiding direction for inspections on CEI projects, setting direction and goals for inspection, acting as an external spokesperson on technical project issues, performing daily field inspections, maintaining inspection records, and training other inspectors.

Requirements

• HS + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check in accordance with company policy.
• US citizenship is a requirement for this role.

Nice To Haves

• 15+ years of relevant TxDOT construction inspection experience.
• TxDOT Site Manager software experience.
• TxAPA Level 1A and 1B certification.
• ACI Grade 1 and strength test certification.
