About The Position

DHT is hiring new CDL-A drivers for regional dry van positions based out of Reese. This role is ideal for individuals who have recently obtained their CDL-A and are seeking an opportunity to gain real-world experience and build a long-term career in the trucking industry. DHT offers paid training with experienced driver mentors, a first-in/first-out dispatch system, weekly home resets, flexible time off, modern equipment, and supportive trainers. Drivers will learn safe interstate driving, DOT compliance, trip planning, cargo securement, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and real-world freight operations. This is not a "hold your hand" job and requires drivers who are ready to work, want real miles, take safety seriously, can handle responsibility, and are willing to work Over-The-Road (OTR) after training.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A License
• Acceptable MVR
• Ready to run a regional schedule

• Ability and willingness to work an Over-The-Road schedule after training
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical
