We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our team of seasoned professionals to meet customer commitments and rapidly growing business needs. Kathairos Driver / Operators are responsible for the safe transportation of liquid nitrogen from local production and storage facilities to customer locations. They will also operate a skid steer to load and unload microbulk liquid nitrogen tanks and deliver these tanks to customer locations. This position is based out of Odessa, Texas.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Valid Tanker and HazMat endorsements.
Must meet all current DOT requirements.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no more than 1 citation and 0 at-fault accidents within the last 3 years.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong computer skills.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Must have good interpersonal skills and work both collaboratively and independently.
Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol test.
Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

Previous Cryogenic experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
Off road oilfield hauling experience considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Complete proper pre/post-trip inspections on truck and perform minor repairs (e.g. air leaks, lights, mudflaps).
Safely load/unload and transport liquid nitrogen to various locations in purpose-built trucks.
Safely load and deliver microbulk nitrogen tanks to customer locations.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on our assets (tighten fittings, leak monitoring and install / replace minor tank devices).
Provide initial training to new employees and conduct regular training and coaching to all employees.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time (e.g. logbooks, trip sheets, nitrogen fill tickets).
Complete Health, Safety and Environment training / documents as required.
